Enjoy Fettisdagen with traditional Swedish semla pastry

Today people in Sweden celebrate Fettisdagen. Roughly translated that means The Fat Day. We eat a lot of pastrys and in particular Semlor or Semla. The name Semla derives from the Latin semilia, which was the name used for the finest quality wheat flour or semolina. Read more on Wikipedia.
